This is a digital-only product and No refunds will be issued after purchase.

You understand that the base has been created for VRCHAT and using in other 3D chat clients/programs may cause issues that I cannot resolve or offer refunds for.

You must have a basic knowledge of Unity/Blender in order to do any edits of this avatar.

YOU CAN:

• Modify, Re-texture, and customize the avatar for personal use.
• Take commissions to re-texture, customize or edit the base as long as credit is given to myself (ZDWhisky) for the base.
• Upload edited versions of the avatar as "Public".

YOU CANNOT:

• Resell the avatar or give away the files.
• Make edits to the avatar that could cause offense or be deemed hateful. This includes but is not limited to racist, antisemitic, homophobic, transphobic, culturally insensitive edits, or imagery.
• Upload the unedited version of the avatar as "Public".
